Unable to create new form

    Now, let me help you with your question. After checking, you should be able to create another 2 new forms before the limit is reached. As such, could you take a screenshot of the error and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. Also, please ensure that there are no active forms in your archive. You can refer to this guide for a better understanding of your account usage and limits.
