minha conta sofreu um downgrade, gostaria de saber se ao pagar o plano recuperarei as informações antigas que estão no meu formulario?

I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you would prefer to get assistance in Portuguese Language, we can forward your ticket to our Portuguese team. However, please note that it could take longer to receive a response.
Regarding your concern, you should still have access to the submission data in all your forms, however, if you are referring to stored submission that were automatically deleted because you can only store 500 submissions for our Starter Free Plan, yes you can still recover them but looking at your submission tables, I don't see you have trashed entries. In this case, I'd like to clarify what old information are you referring to.
