Temos o plano prata que nos permite usar 10Gb de upload.
Hoje, espaço chegou ao limite, travando nosso formulário. Ocorre que apaguei todos os recebimentos, inclusive na lixeira, e mesmo assim o espaço não voltou a ficar disponível.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the account, and it is already within the limits after the submissions were permanently deleted. I have cleared form cache to refresh the forms. The forms are now accessible, so please refresh your page. You may also log out of the account and log back in. Take a look at the screenshot below:
