    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users.     Thank you for patiently waiting. We have refunded $234 to your original payment method, canceled the subscription plan, and downgraded your account to Starter. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your payment method.

    If you decide to upgrade in the future, please visit the pricing section of your Jotform account to explore all the plans and features available to you.
