Now, let me help you with your question. Did you mean you want to add your form to your website? If yes, you can embed your form to your website so your respondents can fill it out within your website. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
2. Click on Embed on the left.
3.  Click on the Copy Code button.
