Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked this account, I couldn't find any forms created. I've checked the history of your account, and it seems that this was created recently, with no forms. Can you share the form URL you're having trouble with so we can take a look at it from our database?
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

A conta suspensa foi jamersonb@gmail.com tive que criar outra para entrar em contato pois nao consigo locar com a minha.

Thanks for getting back to us. After checking, I saw that your forms were flagged as offering fake service. While I understand this may not be the case with your created form, we had to follow the general rule to comply with our Terms of Use: Free accounts with non-corporate emails displaying suspicious forms must be suspended immediately. We'll be more than happy to reactivate the account; however, we need the following information below:
- The URL where your forms are used.
- Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
Additionally, once the account has been reactivated, please change your registered email to a corporate email to avoid the same issue. Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Ticket #9803771 as your subject. After reviewing the submitted information, we will notify you of your account status.
