What happens if I reach my limit

    Bom dia

    o Plano PRATA vi que são 2.500 envios mensais (RESPOSTAS DE FORMULÀRIOS, isso?)
    mas e se eu tiver mais do que 2.500 em um mês específico assinando o termo?

    Em média tenho uns 2.000 pacientes.. mas vai que um mês dá 2.509...?

    Dúvida é =

    1) vocês cobrariam QUANTO extra?
    2) tenho que ir para Categoria GOLD? Como funcionaria tal transição apenas em algum mês SAZONAL??

    Now, let me help you with your question. When you go over your submission limit, your forms will be temporarily suspended until the limit resets or when you upgrade to a higher tier of subscription. Our subscriptions are not flexible which means you cannot purchase/upgrade only a specific limit of your account.

    If you happen to reach your limit, you can upgrade to a higher tier of subscription as I mentioned earlier and downgrade it any time. You have the option to switch plans every time you need to.
