Formulário COMPLETO na tela para impressão?

Bom dia!!

Após meu paciente preencher o formulário gostaria que já baixasse automaticamente (PDF ou outro) para que o paciente apertasse "IMPRIMIR" e ficasse com a via dele. Comprei até impressora térmica para isso.

Porém quando acaba preenchimento aparece a tela "Crie um Jotform" apenas.

>>> Vocês sabem me dizer se alguma modalidade de Plano tem como configurar para que o JOTFORM recém feito fique visualmente completo acessível para impressão??

Now, let me help you with your question. Adding a Print button in your form is easy. Let me show you how to do that:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Submit button field.
2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open the Properties window.
3. Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Print Button option to the On position.

Now you can print the full document using the Print button. Keep in mind that you can only use the Print Form button after the form is published. Then, you can print or save the document.
