My account notifies that we exceed Total Submissions of 500

    Olá, boa tarde


    Estou há uma semana sem receber formulários diante de uma mensagem do site em que nós chegamos ao limite de 500 submissões, sendo que o pacote contratado é de submissões ilimitadas. Gostaria que o recebimento fosse reestabelecido o mais breve possível ou que fosse explicado o real motivo do não recebimento.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you have not received submissions for over a week, I can see that the last time this form received submissions was November 27. But this has nothing to do with your form because your form limits are good, and you did not exceed any of them. Your current monthly submission of 0 indicates that no one submitted your form. Your form is accessible and if you allow us to test and submit it, we will. If your form is embedded in a webpage, could you please share the URL so that we can check it as well?
