How to share submission data to someone without an account?

Uso o jotform na minha empresa para conduzir estudos de pesquisa, casualmente os patrocinadores podem querer monitorar essas respostas. É possível eu enviar um link para alguém que não tenha login e senha visualizar apenas as respostas de algum formulário específico?

Existe alguma alternativa para esse caso?

Now, let me help you with your question. Just to clarify, you only want to share a specific submission data to another user without a Jotform account. Is that correct? If yes, you can forward the submission data via email on the Inbox page. Here's how to do it:

• In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
• Click on Inbox.
• In Inbox, on the upper right side of the screen, click on the three vertical dots.
• Click on Forward.
• Enter the Recipient Email address on the right side of To and click on Send Email.

If you want another user to have access to all the submission data, this can be done by setting the Privacy Options to Public Table and share the Tables link. Here's how to do it:

• In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
• Click on Tables.
• In Tables, on the upper right side of the screen, click on Share.

• Click on Share Settings and select Public Table.
• Click on Go Back at the upper right side of the Share Setting window.
• Click on Copy Link.
