Unable to access account

Estou tentando entrar na conta mas não estou conseguindo. Meu acesso pelo email não esta conseguindo

Now, let me help you with your question. After checking the email that's used in creating this ticket request, I can see that the account is active. Are you perhaps referring to a different account? Can you provide the email address to the said account? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your account has been auto suspended because of the previous card you used when trying to upgrade the account. The transaction was denied by the bank. I have reactivated your account, so you should be able to log in now. If you want to upgrade your account, I suggest using a different card or PayPal to prevent your account from being suspended again. Or make sure that the new card will not deny the transaction from Jotform. It's important to know that Subscription gets auto-renewed.
