How to setup SMTP in the form

    Now, let me help you with your question. It seems you would like to use SMTP in sending the email. Let me walk you through it.

    1. In My Forms page, click your Avatar at the left side of the screen.
    2. Then, click Settings.

    3. Under My Account Settings, click Settings on the left side of the screen.
    4. Scroll down to Sender Emails and click Add Sender Email.

    5. A pop-up will show and you fill your SMTP credentials.

    6. Then, click Save Email.

    Now, you can select the SMTP as your sender email in your notification email.

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Then click the pencil icon.

    4. Click Advanced tab.
    5. Scroll down to Sender Email and select your SMTP email address.
