Salvar informação sem concluir o formulário

Boa tarde,

Eu tenho um formulário com 5 perguntas. No fornecedor atual eu só consigo armazenar a respostas das 5 perguntas quando o usuário finaliza o formulário.

Gostaria de saber se com o jotform, eu consigo armazenar as respostas sem que o usuário finalize o formulário?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Enable the Save and Continue Later option so it will display the Save button in the form. The user will then click on the Save button to save their progress and continue afterward. But if the user does not click on this button, the entered information will not be stored. Here's how to enable it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Submit button to select and then click on the gear icon to open the properties.
2. in the Submit Properties, go to the Advanced tab and then toggle the Save And Continue Later to enable.
   
   

The saved draft can be viewed in the Incomplete Submissions section in the Jotform Table. There are 2 ways to do it, let me show you how:

For the first way:

• Open your My Forms page and choose your form.
• In the toolbar at the top of the page, click on Submissions. That's it.

For the second way:

• Click on the More menu on the right side of your form.
• In the Data column, choose Submissions.

• Click on the Three Dots icon, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.

• To view the incomplete submission, click on View. That will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab:

• If you want to delete the incomplete submission, click on Delete and confirm the deletion in the popup window that comes up.
• If you want to delete multiple incomplete submissions at once, choose the submissions in the list and click on Delete.
