    Olá boa tarde!

    Estou com um problema nesse formulário em específico que alguns clientes preenchem o formulário, mas não há registro do envio das informações e nem de notificações.

    Poderiam verificar se há algo errado na configuração do formulário, ou mesmo alguma orientação para que eu passe para os clientes?

    Esse problema, segundo os vendedores, está desde 26/11.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Are you referring to this form ID: 92656691336265? If so, when I check on the form, you do not have any autoresponder email; this means that your client cannot receive the email after they submitted the form. Check out the screenshot below.

    You can easily add an autoresponder email in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

    1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
    2. Go to Emails, click on Add Email, click on Autoresponder Email, and click on Save.
