Inserir link em formulário

Bom dia.

Eu criei dois formulários na plataforma de vocês. Estou precisando inserir um link no primeiro formulário, que leve a pessoa até o segundo formulário.

Desta forma, quando o internauta preencher o primeiro formulário, se ele quiser informar outros dados, clica no link e vai para o segundo formulário.
Se não quiser, então é só clicar em ENVIAR para encaminhar os dados que já preencheu.

É possível fazer isto?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want the form to redirect to another form if the person who is filling out wants to add more details but also have the option to submit the form right away if they do not intend to. This is possible. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, add a single choice element that you can use to ask a question if they want to add more information.
2. Create a condition that will redirect the form to the other form, if they will click on Yes. The condition should look like this:

Keep in mind that this will also create a record of submission for the first form. If they click on No, then it will only show the Thank You page.
