    Boa tarde,


    Eu cometi um erro ao fazer esta compra. Que queria rebaixar o meu plano mas cliquei sem querer e fiz a compra sem intenção. Podem confirmar que eu já cancelei o plano posteriormente ao meu erro. Podem proceder ao reembolso?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. As per your request, I have canceled your account and downgraded to starter plan. It will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear in your account. Also, I noticed that you have subscribed using PayPal you need to cancel subscription from PayPal dashboard too. So you will not bill again on next billing date. You can check this guide about How to Cancel Your PayPal Subscription to Jotform.

    • Log in to your PayPal account and select the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
    • On the next page, go to Payments at the top, then select Manage automatic payments.
    • On Next page, select Jotform on the left and cancel your subscription.
