Dúvida sobre exportação dos dados

Olá, tudo bem?

Faço parte do RH de uma empresa e estamos pensando em contratar a plataforma de vocês, porém, precisaria saber como é feita a exportação desses dados, pois precisaríamos exportar as respostas dos formulários para nosso sistema próprio. Poderia me informar quais formas são possíveis fazer essa exportação?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to export the data to your system. In Jotform, once a form has been submitted, the submission will be registered to the Jotform table,, where the submissions are listed. Users are allowed to export the data as Excel or CSV. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Table, click the Download All button.
2. Choose how you want to receive the files.

Aside from that, you can also integrate your form with other tools, such as Google Sheets, and Google Drive. This method will automatically make a copy of the submission to those platforms once the form has been submitted. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
2. Choose Integrations from the left side menu.
3. Find the tool where you want to integrate your form.

Another option that you may consider is if the platform where you want to integrate with is not available in the integrations section of the form, then you may want to check it with Zapier.
