Prezados,
Identifiquei uma parada no envio das respostas coletadas pelo formulário Informativo de opções para o Google Sheets na sexta 24/11 sendo o último envio devidamente enviado para o Sheets em 24/11/2023 14:13:12. Hoje verifiquei que ele foi reestabelecido e está funcionando, porém as respostas enviadas depois dessa parada não foram para o sheets e precisei inserir manualmente. Poderiam verificar o que pode ter acontecido e se pode voltar a acontecer, por favor?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The most common fix, if you are having issues with any integration, is by removing the integration, clearing the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using most of the time, and adding the integration again with the mandatory fields in order to check if it works with a few fields.
Please try removing the Google Sheets integration from your form and re-integrating it so that the form submission data shall be integrated into the new Google Sheet. Please refer to this guide for detailed information on how to integrate forms with google sheets.

Hi, Carlo.
It's ok to speak in English. The thing is that I didn't do anything, including what you recommended, and the answers returned to enter the sheets by itself today morning. And I think the problem isn't with the browser because I saw this problem (in my browser) and another person saw that too (in a different computer and browser). I was thinking something went wrong either with Jotforms or Sheets so it stopped working and went back in. Is there any other possibility you think it can be?

Thanks for patiently waiting. Please note that If you have a sheet that is integrated with Jotform, it is not recommended that you change the column names, formatting, or make any other changes to that sheet, as this will break the integration.Also, If you have made edits or changes to your form or Google Sheets, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your Google Sheets integration for some reason. The integration can sometimes get disconnected if you make changes to your form.
