    O espaço do Jotform atingiu o máximo com poucas informações e pouco tempo de uso na versão gratuita.

    Em qual versão poderia ter espaço suficiente para utilização frequente de dois formulários para empresa?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry this is happening. I checked your form and it contains several upload file elements. These uploaded files consumed your upload space limit. You have received 15 submissions with 96 uploaded files. You can upgrade to one of our paid plans according to your requirements. You can check all the limits for each plan and choose what you want for your company.

    In the meantime, I suggest you reduce your current upload space, you'll have to delete your submissions. Please follow the steps below:

    First, you need to Download the submissions just in case you need them for future instances. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    2. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 

    3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

    Now, you can Purge your submission data. Here's how to do it:

    • In Tables, click on the three vertical dots icon beside the Tab name.
    • Click on Trashed entries.
    • Click on the checkbox beside Select All.
    • Click on Delete Forever.
