Error 500 on form submission

Estamos tendo problemas com o envio do formulário, no momento em que vamos realizar o Submit, os dados e a automação nao esta sendo realizado.

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can we do an actual submission on your form?

Thanks for the feedback, but unfortunately it still gives the same error.

And when submitting, it keeps giving an error.

When I test it through the preview, the page is blank and I can't finish it.

Thanks for getting back to us. I just tested the cloned form on the preview and I was unable to reproduce the issue. Here's a screencast of my test:

Have you tested he issue using another web browser? Can you please walk us through how you answer the form? Also, can we do an actual submission on your form to see if the issue will reproduce on our end?

I tested it on Google Chrome and the error is actually in the browser, because on Microsoft Edge it worked normally. Could the problem be with Jotform's interaction with Chrome?

Thanks for getting back to us and testing another browser. The issue can be caused by your Google browser's cache and cookies. You can clear the cache and cookies in your web browser and test the form again to see if the issue persists.
