Vincular na Base de Dados, é possivel?

Boa tarde,

Gostaria de saber se existe a possibilidade de vincular uma pergunta do formulário a uma base de dados, por exemplo, tenho uma relação grande de nomes então a pessoa que está respondendo o formulário consegue selecionar os nomes que estão disponíveis na minha base, sem precisar que eu faça uma lista com nome de cada pessoa.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you confirm what platform you're using as your database? In the meantime, you may try to consider using the Spreadsheet to Form or Autocomplete widget for your form. This will allow the form responders to select the available names you have.
