Olá bom dia!
Como vai?
Gostaria de acrescentar um campo de lista no e-mail de aprovação. Seria possível?
Seria junto com esse botões de aprovar e negar.

Hello Casa_Fitness,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
To add a field to your approval email, you need to edit it by accessing its properties. Here’s how to do it:
- In Approvals, click on the approval you’d like to edit and select the Gear icon to access Approval Properties.
- Click on the Edit button next to Approve request email.
- Add more rows by clicking on the table and selecting Insert row after or Insert row before.
- Add the form fields you’d like by clicking on the Form Fields dropdown menu at the top of the Email content box. Click on Save. That’s it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Não é em isso que eu pensei, a ideia é que apareça algo tipo assim na aprovação:
então, antes do aprovador aprovar, ele devera preencher um campo de lista.

Hi Casa_Fitness,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, this is not possible, as a workaround what you can do is add a submission edit link on the Approval Email that will be sent to the Approver so he could fill out additional fields in the form that are meant for Approvals etc.
For this, you can hide the fields which will be required by approvers to fill out. Go to field settings under Advanced tab you can hide the field.
After that add a Get Form Page URL Widget on your form then hide that field. Go to Form elements under the Widget tab search for get page URL and add it to your form.
Add a Show/Hide field Condition wherein if the Get Form Page URL field contains the word "edit", it will show the multiple hidden fields that the approver will fill out.
Then, in the approval flow approver email add the edit link. Pn email received, Approver will click that edit link and fill out the required shown fields. Please check the screencast.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
