    Minha conta (studiojambeiro@gmail.com) foi suspensa e estou sem acesso a ela, tinha formularios e respostas de clientes importantes por lá, gostaria de saber o motivo dessa suspensão.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have checked your account, and it was suspended by our review team, as one of your form has login credential fields. Please note that it is against Jotform Terms of Use to collect sensitive data like login details, credit card using normal form fields. I have deleted offending fields from your form and activated your account. You can now log in to your account.
