Can no longer access the form after downgrading subscription

    Buenas tardes,

    Hace unos días cancele la membresía que tenia con Jotforms, sin embargo, deseo seguir utilizando uno de los formularios con la función Widgest para el registro de coordenadas, el día de hoy al intentar registra la información, me registra que el enlace se encuentra deshabilitado, y si miro la información de mi cuenta me registra los siguientes datos.

    Agradezco, se me confirme si para seguir obteniendo información debo contara con una nueva membresía.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I see that your account is scheduled for downgrade to the Starter plan on November 23, 2023. The Starter plan is limited to 5 active forms. Looking at your screenshot, it shows that you have 4 active forms. Can you share the link to the form you are trying to access?

    Also, note that the Starter plan has a monthly limit of 100 submissions and 100 MB of upload space. Your submission count shows 155 and you've used 2.68 GB of upload space. This means you can no longer submit your form and until the counter will reset, which happens on the first day of limit reset period.
