Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that your form is receiving a 'form not found' message when opened. Upon checking your form, I identified the issue: the form status is currently set to 'Disabled.' To resolve this, simply change the Form Status to 'Enabled. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enabled. That's it, you're done.
