Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and it seems that your account is Overlimit, can you please delete the submissions on your form to make your form available again? Let me show you how to do it:

• On your Tables, click the Checkbox on the left corner of the table.
• Next, click Delete.

• Now, select Move to Trash.

• Click the 3 vertical dots, and click Trashed Entries.

• Now, click Select All and select Delete Forever.
