Olá!
Meu cliente não consegue mais enviar seus formulários.
Preciso ele de volta, mesmo que a cota tenha excedido. Não consigo oferecer a versão paga se nem ao menos tenho acesso ao relatório que eu já havia criado.
Aguardo com urgência a reativação do formulário, para então avaliar com o cliente se ele irá contratar o serviço pago. -

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. After checking our system, I saw that your upload space exceeds the quota (103.53 MB/100MB). We'd suggest you to remove some of the submissions in order to reduce the upload space. Then, you can log out and login again. You'll then be able to view the forms.

Como eu apago os envios para liberar espaço? Já que não estou conseguindo acesso ao formulário?
Consegue me enviar um print de exemplo do local onde devo realizar a exclusão?

Hello kerbach,
Thank you for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. To access the submission data, you need to go to your tables. Let me show you how:
- From your My Forms Page click on the My Forms dropdown on the upper left.
- Once the dropdown shows the list, click on My Tables.
Once you have opened the Tables, click on the form submission table to open it. To avoid loss of data, you can download your submissions first before deleting them. Here is how you do it:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
Once downloaded, you can now delete them from the table and your trash entries:
- On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
- In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
- In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
- Click on Delete Forever and that's it.

Thanks for getting back to us. I recalculated your Upload Space Limit and that fixed the issue. Try to log in back to your account and check if you'll still see the same error message. If you'll do, take a screenshot of the page or record your screen and include it in your reply.
