    Olá boa tarde!

    Toda vez que vou acessar o jotform diz que minha senha e meu e-mail estão incorretos, e só consigo acessar quando faço a alteração da senha.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked our system, I saw that the reason why you are not able to log in to your account is that you have reached your Upload Space limit, which refers to the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms.

    I reactivated your account so you can log in and download the files so you will not lose any data, and then delete the submissions that have file uploads so you can free your upload space. If you are still having trouble logging in, you can Reset your Password. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Now, to free up the Upload Space and Submission Total limit, you can Download your SubmissionsDelete them from the Submission Table, and Purge them from the Trash Entries. Let me show you:

    First, download your submissions, so you will not lose any data.

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

    Second, Delete the submissions and purge them from the Trash Entries.

    • On your My Forms page, select the form with the submissions you want to delete.
    • At the top of the page, click the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables.
    • Next, you can select multiple entries and click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the page, then Move To Trash.

    • Select Trashed Entries from the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.

    Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms, and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.
