Erro no preenchimento do formulário

Boa tarde, no formulário que fiz meti condicionante para ir para a página final se escolher não, se escolher sim, passa para a página seguinte. ( Último campo das páginas 3 até 35), mas quando faço o download do ficheiro excel não aparecem as respostas preenchidas quando se escolhe a opção sim...

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your form and your Tables and I noticed that since you didn't add all the columns in Tables, the Excel file downloaded doesn't include them all. The Excel file will include only the fields that have been added as columns in Tables.

You can add all the columns in Tables, by clicking on the Columns button and check them all they want to display.

Once done, the Excel file downloaded will include all the related fields.
