Olá, time Jotform, tudo bem?
Estou com uma dúvida, preciso subir algumas informações no nosso formulário, porém se trata de informações semelhantes e só altera algumas informações. Para que não precise preencher tudo novamente, seria possível duplicar o formulário de forma editável para fazer essas alterações?
Fico no aguardo.

Hi Analise,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, do you want a form with pre-populated data on it so that the form users won't need to fill out all the fields on the form? If yes, you can use the Table Prefill Feature for this. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Click on Prefill on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Table Prefill.4. Select the Table of the source of data then select the Table tab.
5. Match the fields of the Tables and Jotform fields. You can add more fields that you want to have pre-populated data on them then click the Save Settings button.6. Click the +Add a New Prefill button and select the submission data that you want to use for pre-populating the form then click the Create button on the upper-right side of the page. You can check out this guide on How to Prepopulate Form Fields With Data From Other Tables.
7. Click the Three Dots icon of the created prefill and share it via sending it using Email or Copying the link then sharing the URL with the user. Check out the screencast below for the result:
If you simply want to clone the form, I will show you how to do it:
1. On the My Forms page of the account that you want to copy the form to, click the Create Form button.
2. Select the Import Form option.
3. Select the From a web page option.
4. Enter the Form URL of the form that you want to clone under the Enter URL field.
5. Then click the Create Form button. That's it. You can also check out this guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
