    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Upon checking your account, you have reached the limit for the Signed document. Please know that Bronze level can only receive 100 signed documents per month. This is different to the regular submissions that have a limit of 1000 per month. To continue using the forms, you will have to upgrade to Silver subscription or wait for the reset of the limit which happens every 1st of the month.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Please keep in mind that, as my colleague mentioned, the monthly submission count includes all entries from all of your forms. It totals all the information submitted through any form you have. The count of signed documents, on the other hand, is limited to entries made through Jotform Sign or any forms with the Jotform Sign feature enabled. You may also want to check out How to use Jotform Sign and learn more about your account usage and limits.
