Cancel subscription and issue a refund

    O pagamento deste mês foi realizado automaticamente, mas realizei um downgrade 1 dia depois, gostaria de saber se posso ser reembolsado. Esse dinheiro fará uma grande diferença para mim, não sabia que os pagamentos eram realizados em dolar, só fui notar ontem.
