Guest account: Could not access account

    Boa tarde,

    Estou a tentar fazer reset a esta conta da PETROTEC mas não estou a receber mail dde reset.

    Preciso ajuda.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to maria.matos@petrotec.pt or nuno.lages@petrotec.pt email address? I checked the account and it seems to be a Guest account. Guest accounts are for one time use only and can only be accessed once. Please feel free to register this email with a Jotform account by clicking on Sign up instead of Sign in and register for a new account. If this is not the correct email, please make sure to type in the correct email address.

    However, if you're referring to an Enterprise account, we have a dedicated Enterprise Support Team to help you. We have a guide that explains how to create a ticket for Enterprise Support here.
