    Bom dia.

    Hi Favio,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You use the Masked Input widget. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, search for Masked Input. Drag and drop the widget to your form.

    3. In the widget settings that open on the right side of the page, set the Decimal separator to comma and Thousandths Separator to period. You can also delete the dollar sign.
    4. Finally, click on the Update Widget button.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
