Unable to make my form public

    Olá, bom dia!

    Não consegui após a finalização tornar o meu formulário público...

    Ao escolher tal função:

    "Formulário público
    Disponível publicamente"

    a página simplesmente não carrega mais.

    Isto não é viável para mim... como proceder?

    I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Portuguese Support Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them.

    Now, going back to your question. I checked your form and it's already set to Public so it should be accessible even without logging in or signing up for a Jotform account. I was also able to access the form on a different browser where there's no Jotform account logged in.

    If the issue is that you're unable to access the form and the page just doesn't load, try clearing your browser cache or try using a different web browser. If the issue persists, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end when you try accessing the form? We have a guide here on how you can post screenshots here in our Support Forum.
