Bom Dia
Estou enviado e-mails de resposta para as pessoas que preenchem meu formulário com um PDF anexo, porém, não estão conseguindo abrir esse arquivo.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The attachment can only be accessed if they are logged into their Jotform account. You can change this from your security settings. Let me show you how to do it:
- On My Forms page, click your Avatar on the upper-right part of the page.
- Next is to click Settings.
- Choose Security tab, and uncheck the highlighted field in my screenshot below:
