Gostaria de configurar o botão de salvar para que quando o usuário clique nele, o rascunho do seu formulário vá para o email do usuário e não para o email do próprio administrador, como está acontecendo hoje. Pode me ajudar, por favor?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. When users click Save, the draft will be sent out to their email address and not the form owner. Either they choose the option to resend the email or get the draft link.
Here's the email that was sent out to me, after saving a draft. Since, I am logged in to my Jotform account, the draft is sent to the email address that's associated to my account.
If they do not have an account with Jotform, they have an option to skip the account creation.
They'll just need to type the email address where they'd like the draft to be sent out.
I cleared your form caches just in case. Can you remove and re-add the Save button to give it another try?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Well, I have one more doubt!
How can I know which users have started the form but haven't finished filling it out yet? In other words, knowing those who saved to continue later.

Hi jornadaamazonia,
Thanks for getting back to us. All the saved drafts will be stored in the tables page as incomplete submission.
- Go to Tables page, click the 3 Dot icon to open the main tab’s menu.
- Select Incomplete submissions.
- You'll see the list of the saved draft of your users. Click View to check the draft’s details.
It's important to know that drafts that are not submitted within 2 months will be deleted permanently.
