Duvidas sobre importação de formularios do google form

Eu importei meu forms do google forms para o Jotform até tudo certo a importação, mas quando vou visualizar o form no Jotform não tem nada nela, nemhuma informação sendo que importei do google form, e la no google tem todas as informações certinhas. aqui no Jotform não aparece nada quando vou visualizar. Segue abaixo 2 prints da minha tela. o forms INVENTÁRIO EQUIPAMENTOS VARPE BRASIL - TESTE é o forms que eu importei do google para ca. o primeiro print é quando eu clico em ver o forms e aparece essa tela toda branca. e o segundo print é o meu forms que importei do google.

With that being said, I checked the form and it does seem blank. It looks like none of the elements were created after the import. Could you try cloning the Google Form URL instead? You can do it from the Create a form section. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form. 

3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage. 

4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
