Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and can confirm that your account is still in good standing, so to answer your question, your client can fill out the form, but please keep in mind that the Total Submission storage has already exceeded 510. As a free user, you are limited to 500 total submissions. This means you can keep a maximum of 500 submission entries in your account. This does not reset every month; if you reach 500 total submissions, you will continue to receive new submissions, but the old ones will be deleted.
What I would recommend is downloading your submission data as a backup and deleting old submission entries to free up space. This guide clarifies how to make use of usage limits so that you may better manage your account.

Entendi.
Os formulários que eu estou usando no momento são "Assinatura de Literaturas Para 2024 - ASPA" e "Missão Humanitária - Aldeia Indígena", esses são os que tem mais fluxo de acesso, é possível aumentar o total de envios de uma maneira provisória até resolver a questão do pagamento?
Pois caso o eu perca os dados desses formulário, vou ter um prejuízo muito grande.

Thanks for patiently waiting. As a one-time exception, we've increased your account's total submission count to 750. This adjustment will be valid until the end of this month.
