    Boa tarde, estou enfrentando problemas no acesso da minha conta. Quando tento entrar pelo google da erro, e quando tento entrar com e-mail e senha fala que algum deles está errado. No entanto, meu email está correto, e já fiz a recuperação da senha e mesmo assim continua dando erro. Preciso resolver esse problema com urgência.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and can see that it is active so you should be able to log in. I have flushed your login attempts. Can you please clear your browser's cache and try to log in again?

    eu precisei criar essa nova conta com o e-mail danielecarolineprr@gmail.com para conseguir acesso ao suporte, mas a minha conta original é a com e-mail danicarolmkt@gmail.com

    Tentei acessar novamente e infelizmente o erro continua.

    Hello Daniele,

    Thank you for getting back to us. The account has been suspended because you are collecting credential on the form named "Formulário - Planejamento/Gestão". For us to reactivate your account, we have to delete these fields.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
