    olá, é possível eliminar o cache e reactivares os formulários?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having issues with this. I've checked your account and it seems like it was over the limit for upload space. However, it seems like you free up some space. I have recalculated the space and have activated the account.
