As for your question, If ever you reach 500 total submissions, you will still receive new submissions, but the old submissions will be deleted. I would suggest downloading your submission data as a backup and deleting old submission entries to free up space. Here's how:

1. Click on the Three dots icon in the upper left corner of the page, and select Move to Trash from the menu.

2. In the Trashed Entries panel, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.
