Baixar Respostas em Excel

Boa tarde,
Não consegui baixar as respostas em excel, somente em CSV. Como posso fazer?

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your last edited form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my result:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? I have cleared your form caches as a precaution to avoid temporary cache issues. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well?
