Form Automation not working.

As for your concern, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you referring to Sign Automation? If you can also take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. Can you tell me what automation you're referring to? I checked your form, but I can't seem to find an issue with it. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

I cloned and tested your form on my end and the conditions seem to work properly. As you can see, you have multiple conditions for Quais as marcas do Grupo ASSA ABLOY você conhece field. These conditions will jump to specific pages on your form once a specific option is selected but it will also show the other succeeding pages if not hidden (for example, if you jump to page 3, it will still show pages, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8). See the image attached:

Now, if you want to hide the pages if an option is not selected, you can use the Skip To/Hide a Page condition to hide these pages. Let me show you how to do that:

• In your Form Builder, click the Settings and go to Conditions.
• Add a Skip To/Hide a Page condition to hide the pages that are not selected.
