Boa noite!
Fiz o downgrade do plano e preciso liberar espaço. Já fiz backup das informações de 2021 e 2022. Gostaria de excluir os dados do período mencionado. como faço? -

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and your upload space is over the limit. Your upload space is 843.52 MB / 100.00 MB, you can easily check your Account Usage here. You can download, delete, and purge your submission data to free up your upload space. Let me show you how:
How to download Submission Data:
- In Tables, move your mouse to the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Download All.
- Click on your preferred File Type to download.

How to delete Submission Data:
- In Tables, click on the Checkbox next to the submission data you want to delete.
- On the upper right side of the screen, click on Delete.
- Click on Move to Trash.
How to purge deleted Submission data:
- Click on the Three Vertical Dots in the upper left corner of the screen beside the name tab.
- Go on the Trash Entries.
- Click on the Checkbox beside Select all.
- Click on Delete Forever, and lastly click on Delete.

- In My Forms, on the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to Form Caches and click on Clear Cache.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked on your account, it was over the limit. I went ahead and recalculated your upload space storage, and it is now 9.28 MB / 100.00 MB, and your account is now active. Here is a screenshot of one of your forms.
