Enviei um formulário por meio de um link, a pessoa respondeu mas não consigo localizar onde estão as repostas

Now, let me help you with your question. I have reviewed your form and currently, it does not have a submission data. Also, it looks like your form doesn't have a Submit button, preventing your form users from submitting. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
2. Scroll down to Submit.
3. Click/Drag the Submit form element to add to the form.
