Bom dia!
Obrigado pela ajuda na primeira etapa.
O problema é: a antiga funcionária responsável saiu da empresa e as aprovações dos documentos estão indo para o email dela.
Precisava mudar esse email de aprovação para o mesmo email que coloquei na conta com o passo-a-passo que vocês indicaram na última mensagem.
O email indicado em amarelo na foto é o email que preciso mudar. É possível mudar em todos os documentos com apenas uma configuração da conta ou temos que mudar manualmente cada documento?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to change the email address where the Approval email is sent, you can easily do that on the Approval Flow page. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu and then click on Approval Flows from the left panel menu.
- Next, hover your mouse over the Approval Flow and click on the Pencil icon.
- Then, click on the Approval element, and click on the Gear icon.
- Finally, under Approvers remove the existing email address and add the new one. That's it.
Unfortunately, you need to update the email address on the Approval Flows on each of the forms as there is currently no way to update them all at once.
