Enviei o link de um formulário modelo para o paciente, mas ele não consegue enviar a resposta.
Como fazer isso?
Estou tentando utilizar o modo gratuito para depois adquirir o produto.
Não aperece como enviado mas a pessoa recebe o link e consegue abrir

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your form and have noticed the submit button is missing. Let me show you how to add it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
- Go to the Basic tab, and select the Submit.
