Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having issues upgrading your account. Can you please share with us the screenshot you are getting when you upgrade to the Silver plan? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
