Não consigo abrir os PDF's do Drive.

Fiz a integração com o Drive em meus formulários. Em cada inscrição feita aparece um PDF com um resumo das respostas. Quando abro esse PDF e clico nos documentos anexados, aparece uma página do Jotform e eu não consigo abrir. Como posso concertar isso?

Now, let me help you with your question. Thanks for the screenshots. That made the issue much clearer. The error you are getting is because of the privacy settings. It means you need to log in to your Jotform account to see your uploaded submissions. Let me show you how you can disable it in your account settings:

• On the My Forms page, click on your avatar or profile picture from the top right corner.
• In the drop-down, choose Settings.
• Select Security from the left side of the panel. Uncheck the 'Require Log-in to view uploaded files under the Privacy option.

Muito obrigada pela resposta. Consegui que a página sumisse. Porém ainda aparece uma outra que pode me atrapalhar um pouco. Quando clico para abrir o PDF, ele baixa automaticamente e não aparece nada na página.

Teria como o PDF abrir em outra guia?

Thanks for getting back to us. We're glad that the issue has been fixed. Please know that the uploaded PDFs are forwarded as a downloadable link. You will have to download the PDF first before you can open it on another tab. Unfortunately, it is not possible to view it without downloading it.
